Trading commissions

Exchange trade commission

Maker and taker commissions are set by the exchange rules and are calculated and deducted in BTC at the moment of the transaction. A fixed commission is also calculated in BTC as a fixed amount — usually used in individual tariff plans with a reduced taker and maker rate.

Expiration commission

Individual tariff plan

Trading with a high turnover?

An individual tariff plan can significantly reduce exchange trading commission costs for active users with high turnover. Send your offer for an individual tariff to our contact email address.

Funding rate

The funding rate encourages participants to trade towards the fairest price: holders of long positions sell when the price is overvalued against the "fair" one, and holders of short positions buy when the price is undervalued against it. The exchange does not take any of the funding rate — it is paid directly between traders, as shown below.

If the funding rate isThen
PositiveLongs (bulls) pay shorts (bears)
NegativeShorts (bears) pay longs (bulls)

The current funding rate is published for every instrument. The final amount of the write-off or accrual depends on the funding rate and the position at the time of the write-off. Write-offs and accruals occur once an hour, and each one is recorded in the operation history of the account.

Other fees

Liquidation fee

A commission fee is charged for transactions in cases of forced position reduction.

Deposit and withdrawal

There is no commission for depositing funds on the exchange. The commission for withdrawing funds depends on the blockchain used. For some blockchains, the withdrawal fee is limited to the network commission; for others, the exchange's additional costs of processing incoming and outgoing transactions are included in the withdrawal fee.

Transfers between exchange accounts are free

If a withdrawal is sent to an address that is itself a user's account on the exchange (the same one or another), it is carried out quickly and without commission, since no transaction is created on the blockchain. The ID of such transactions begins with the "internal" prefix.

Overdraft

Negative BTC balance

A technical overdraft occurs when a client account's BTC balance goes below zero, resulting in a negative balance. In this case, an additional commission may be charged. If your BTC balance is negative, your non-BTC collateral can be traded into BTC.
